Our payments are up to date. $904.oo per month at Wells fargo. my wifes medical condition requires I move to a more moderate climate. Our home two years ago would have sold for $142,000.00 and now would be lucky to get $83,000 to $105.00 out of the house. We owe $120,000.00 . our pensions , RRR and SSDI total $3596.00 per month. please reply. Thanks.
